Debra L. Ream

Debra L. Ream, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Virtual Corporation since 1994. Ms. Ream develops primary goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long range objectives for the organization. She provides general oversight of Virtual Corporation’s activities including fiscal activities, budgeting, business initiatives, consulting program development and resources. She assures that the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Ms. Ream effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.

Realizing the opportunity for woman-owned businesses, Debra has developed, created and taught entrepreneurial classes. She successfully inspired many entrepreneurs in identifying the opportunities that existed with their business concepts. 

Debra received an A.A. and B.S. from Centenary College, Hackettstown, NJ, majoring in Business Administration and Management. She was awarded the Sloan Scholarship for high scholastic ability and demonstrated achievement.
 

Scott Ream 

Scott Ream, President and Co-Founder of Virtual Corporation, is a business continuity pioneer, leader, author and strategist. With over 19 years background in IT support, business process design and consulting services, he has leveraged his experience in the design of Virtual Corporation’s innovative products and services. 

His vision is that prudent, practical BC preparedness can be cost effectively achieved and sustained. Consistent with his vision, Virtual consultants provide complete knowledge transfer throughout engagements; empowering clients to maintain the BC program. Scott mirrors his vision with saying, “We start every engagement planning for our departure”.

Scott was instrumental in launching the Business Continuity Maturity Model® (BCMM®) together with Margaret Langsett and a diverse BC professional working team.

After recognizing a void in the business continuity industry, Scott pioneered the design and launching of Sustainable PlannerTM (SPTM), a business continuity and disaster recovery software tool that enables business users to build and maintain their own plans.

Scott has written many articles on business continuity and frequently speaks at conferences. 

Scott has a BAS in electrical engineering and entrepreneurial business development from the University of Pennsylvania; a combined undergraduate degree from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering and the Wharton School of Business.
 

Margaret Langsett

Margaret Langsett, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Virtual Corporation, has over 25 years experience in business continuity, marketing, sales, methodology training, support and program content development.

Margaret brings extensive executive experience to her role at Virtual Corporation by providing overall leadership including all aspects of sales, marketing, accounting, legal and administrative functions.

Margaret was also the Project Manager for the creation of the Business Continuity Maturity Model® and is responsible for the global distribution. 

 As a frequent presenter on the BCMM®, Margaret has introduced and educated BC professionals on the capabilities and use of the model. In addition, she has participated in the planning, development and delivery of tabletop exercises for conferences and corporate clients.

Margaret is a licensed Business Continuity Maturity Model® Assessor and certified BCMM® Trainer. 
 

Aaron Diskin

Aaron Diskin, CBCP, serves as the acting Consulting Services Manager for Virtual Corporation. Aaron provides project and resource management to multiple clients. He is a critical member of our consulting service delivery team participating in Sustainable Planner™ implementations, BC/DR program design and COOP initiatives.

Mr. Diskin is responsible for the management, organization and leadership of Virtual Corporation consultants including development, mentoring, scheduling of projects, budget management and assignment of personnel.

Prior to joining Virtual Corporation in 1998, Mr. Diskin was a Senior Engineer for Rocketdyne on the Space Shuttle Engines program and the Air Force’s Expendable launch vehicle program.

Aaron has over 10 years of Business Continuity experience, is a certified business continuity planner and is a licensed Business Continuity Maturity Model® Assessor. Mr. Diskin graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering technology.
 

Susan Grigioni

Susan Grigioni serves as the Technical Services Manager for Virtual Corporation. She is responsible for implementing, managing and developing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for clients using Virtual Corporation’s Sustainable Planner™.

In addition, she is responsible for managing Virtual Corporation’s Technical Support Team and ensures that their performance in key areas of productivity, timeliness, accuracy, problem resolution and customer service is met. She also works with organizations and vendors to evaluate, recommend and implement technical solutions. Ms. Grigioni provides solutions to improve the overall functionality of the Virtual Corporation’s Help Desk environment and manages personnel. 

During client engagements with Fortune 500 companies she assists senior level management to implement and design BC/DR programs. 

Ms. Grigioni has over 17 years experience in IT and currently is completing her B.S. degree in Information Systems from SUNY-ESC. She is also a Business Continuity Maturity Model® Licensed Assessor for Virtual Corporation.
 

Tony Gonzalez

Tony Gonzalez is the Business Continuity Service Center Manager as well as a Senior Project Consultant for Virtual Corporation. Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for management oversight of the Business Continuity Maturity Model®, and provides BC/DR related services to a variety of clients.

Mr. Gonzalez has over twenty years of experience in various Information Systems positions, with a wide knowledge of business organizations and their I.S. requirements. He is experienced in Project Management, and has held management positions in Change Management, Client Administration, Data Security, Technical Support, Disaster Recovery Planning, and Business Continuity Planning on a global basis.

Mr. Gonzalez has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Upsala College with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.
